RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders worldwide.
At Casa Cavaleri, product integrity and quality are of the highest importance. All returns must strictly comply with the conditions outlined below.
RETURN WINDOW
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
For customers within the European Union, returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
From day 15 to day 30, returns are subject to approval by Casa Cavaleri and may only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, damage, or other verified quality issue.
Requests outside this period will not be accepted under any circumstance.
NON-EUROPEAN UNION (NON-EU)
For customers outside the European Union, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that returns for non-EU orders are subject to review and approval by Casa Cavaleri and are not automatically granted.
For non-EU orders, returns are generally accepted only in the event of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
- Incorrect item received
- Verified quality issues
Returns based solely on size preference, fit preference, or change of mind may be refused for non-EU orders.
The return period begins on the day the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier. Courier delays or failed delivery attempts do not extend the return window.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for an approved return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All labels, tags, and original packaging must be fully intact.
- The item must be free from stains, odours, deodorant, perfume, hair, or any traces of wear or washing.
- Each return must include the original order number and proof of purchase.
All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Casa Cavaleri reserves the right to refuse any return showing signs of use, alteration, manipulation, cleaning attempts, or unauthorised return shipment.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact contact@casacavaleri.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Once verified, Cavaleri will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or a refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be considered defective.
RETURN COSTS
Unless an item is confirmed as defective or incorrect, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and include tracking information.
Packages sent collect or with unpaid customs duties will be refused.
For non-EU returns, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing delays or holds do not alter return eligibility and do not create any entitlement to a refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not automatic.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received at the authorised warehouse and has passed full quality inspection.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Casa Cavaleri reserves the right to reject a refund, apply a partial refund, or issue store credit instead of a monetary refund in cases of non-compliance.
Refunds cannot be issued for returns that do not arrive at our facility.
Repeated or excessive return activity may result in refusal of future return or refund requests at the discretion of Cavaleri.
EXCHANGES
Casa Cavaleri does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or product, a new order must be placed separately.
Availability is not guaranteed, and items cannot be reserved.
Unauthorised exchange attempts may be refused.
HOW TO START A RETURN
All returns require prior written authorisation from Casa Cavaleri.
To request a return, contact contact@casacavaleri.com
with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos if applicable
If approved, you will receive written confirmation and detailed return instructions.
Returns shipped without authorisation or outside the approved timeframe will be refused.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Each order requires separate return authorisation.
- Multiple approved returns may be combined only with prior written approval.
- Returns lacking tags, packaging, or accessories will not be accepted.
- Any parcel returned without authorisation, with unpaid fees, to an incorrect address, or outside the approved timeframe will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Until the returned parcel has been received and confirmed by Cavaleri, it remains the full responsibility of the customer.
- Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
RETURN ADDRESS
The return address is provided only after return approval.
Any item sent to an address not provided by Cavaleri will be considered unauthorised and may be refused.
Cavaleri cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or unauthorised locations.
